International bank cheque
Eurocheque - Bank transfer without charges for the beneficiary

Once received, Florence Workshops will send an enrollment confirmation. If accommodations have been requested, confirmation of this will also be included.

Visa
All students are required by Italian law to obtain a Student Visa.
Because the visa procedure can take a number of weeks to complete (from two to six weeks depending on the consulate), it is suggested that the visa application be submitted well in advance of the intended departure date. Visas may be obtained only in the US, or country of citizenship, at the Italian Consulate or Embassy. Applications and materials must be submitted to the consulate that has jurisdiction over the student's place of permanent residence or home school address. If you submit your information to a consulate outside of your jurisdiction, it will be returned to you unprocessed. For more information about Visa's you can consult the website: http://www.esteri.it/visti/

Participants who will need to apply for a Study Visa, Florence Workshops will provide the necessary certificate required by the Italian Consulate. The Florence Workshop fees must be entirely paid in advance before Florence Workshops will issue the certificate.

Expenses for the certificate delivery by express courier are to be covered by the applicant. In case the student cannot obtain a visa, he/she must advise Florence Workshops by sending a copy of the original document denying the visa. The enrollment fees will be refunded except for the bank or postal expenses and penalties for cancellation of the housing reservations. After the enrollment certificate has been issued it is not possible to cancel or to modify the workshops dates.
All fees for workshops and artist's residencies must be paid for in advance prior to receiving the enrollment certificate.
